My saying in the weather

There is variously (unpleasant) saying about me when it is asked, "Your saying". Concerning work concerning the examination etc. One of the sayings that continued for ten years or more while seeing other people's articles was recalled. It is a saying in the weather.
It often rains when going out for the weather forecast on the day "The shower happens easily even if it clears up today". This happens when is in not only leisure but also the office. I am commuting the folding umbrella having it at improving of the probability of rain even if it clears up because of this. But, when suffering from an extreme shower on the day without the folding umbrella, it is the worst because the probability of rain is low.
