Saitama Prefectural governor election

It was a Saitama Prefectural governor voting poll day today. It is reported that the voter turnout rate was considerably low probably because of the reactionary of last month's House of Councilors election.
The result might become it as shown in the following article though the ballot counting is done now.

I have come to return summer vacation for the convenience of work. The contribution has stopped again because of the influence. Because I was able to evade working on a holiday today, it contributes.

It really became an intense heat though I wrote, "Is the intense heat still this year?" by the last article. The homicide heat like the new high etc. of the highest temperature in the country (40.9℃) continues in Kumagaya etc. every day.
It is easy to become cool in East Japan including Kanto, and to have spent today. The intense heat of Kanto is a temporary stop. The heat will return from tomorrow again. By when does this heat continue?

Do the end of the rainy season finally in last week, and a real, hot summer came in Kanto. Well, it seems not to make clear how much heat it becomes in the summer of this year. It changed into the expectation of becoming a cold summer because the rainy season was unexpectedly prolonged though it was expected that hot summer came in the usual year before entering the rainy season. However, the expectation changed again, and it changed into the expectation "Real summer". I hear that it is not too hot but it is not too cool but almost the same summer as the usual year came.
However, it has suffered from the intense heat in Kanto since yesterday. Is the intense heat still this year?
