Is the intense heat still?

Two week contribution has been opened.
Do the end of the rainy season finally in last week, and a real, hot summer came in Kanto. Well, it seems not to make clear how much heat it becomes in the summer of this year. It changed into the expectation of becoming a cold summer because the rainy season was unexpectedly prolonged though it was expected that hot summer came in the usual year before entering the rainy season. However, the expectation changed again, and it changed into the expectation "Real summer". I hear that it is not too hot but it is not too cool but almost the same summer as the usual year came.
However, it has suffered from the intense heat in Kanto since yesterday. Is the intense heat still this year?
