The new administration by Hatoyama new Cabinet started by the change of power this year. Moreover, new influenza to which generation was feared for several years was finally generated, and it became a pandemic with surprising swiftness also in Japan (Some are stronger than the one of seasonality though it was not from a chicken).
Kanji was hit on due to the event in the above-mentioned two points though Kanji hit on existed variously.
