Blood test

The checkup result of the execution in the company last month came out the other day. I am caught to the blood test. Because the blood fat had fallen below a normal value, it was diagnosed as "Re-inspection of the necessity".
The element "Neutral fat" of the blood fat had fallen below a normal value when the diagnosis table was seen. I went to the doctor to make sure with the diagnosis table though I was thought it was perhaps safe because it was a problem that the neutral fat was too high on closer inspection.
I will collect blood later for confirmation though it was said by the doctor, "The problem is none".

 内閣府は28日、「体力・スポーツに関する世論調査」の結果を発表した。

 この1年間に週1回以上運動やスポーツをした人は44・4%で、2004年の前回調査より5・9ポイント増えた一方、「運動不足を感じる」人は67・6%(前回比1・4ポイント増)、自らを「肥満と感じる」人は43・4%(同2・8ポイント増)で、いずれも1991年にこの項目の調査を始めて以来、最高となった。Continue

Because Metaboriccshindororm becomes a problem recently, I think that the number of those who are the worries about lack of physical activity and obesity has increased.
By the way, I selected bathroom scales with the body fat measuring instrument with the pull article for sale of the wedding of the relative who had been done last month. When having actually measured it, my body fat was still a usual rank. However, I am continuing moving once during the lowest in the sports gym because I might become obesity when relaxing my guard.

Lately, I am continuing life that damages health of doing the staying up all night overtime work etc. yesterday. I cannot fall in the current situation in which it is at a pinch amusingly even if falling when. Here, I hit on "The nature of the disease" and word "The nature of the health maintenance" that did not become it by chance. It is possible to stay fit if becoming feelings that it wants to stay fit why.
